If the number you are sending a message to begins with “1”, you should omit the “0” before inserting the prefix. Since the code of the country is 44 in the UK, a number like 030 7826 0919 in London would become +443078260919.
Step 3
If you are sharing messages from the GSM phone, you are allowed to place the cell number in international format. For instance, type “+443078260919”. Since in the US the international call prefix is “011”, you need to enter “011 443078260919” for texting.
