A leaker who accurately shared some iPhone 14 series details before has recently divulged new information about the upcoming iPhone 15 line. According to the person in a post on Weibo (via 9To5Mac), the iPhone 15 Pro will have a shade close to “crimson,” while the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus will get green-like color.
The report supports the earlier reports that the iPhone 15 Pro will have a deep red color. With this, it seems certain that Apple has finally decided on the color. However, the leaker says that “it may be a little lighter” compared to the purple variant of iPhone 14 Pro, albeit the crimson shade is “still very deep.”
On the other hand, the account says that the green of the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus can be compared to the shade of green in the iPhone 12 and iPhone 11. If this is true, it means we are getting mint-like green in the next iPhone lines from Apple.
The news adds light to the other color options to expect from the next iPhone models in September. According to other reports, aside from the ones mentioned above, other rumored colors for iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus include light blue, light pink, Midnight, Starlight, and Product RED. Meanwhile, iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max are expected to have silver, gold, space black, and the crimson shade mentioned in this latest report.
