A leaker claims that Apple will be releasing a light green color option for the standard models of the iPhone 15 line.
The iPhone 15 series could receive the green color. A mockup of this color was also made. It looks like it will be very similar to the green already seen on the iPhone 12 series. pic.twitter.com/8MI8kJciw6

Majin Bu, who previously shared interesting iPhone 15 leaks in the past months, revealed the news on X and was later affirmed by another well-known leaker, @URedditor. The account also shared some images of the “mockup” of the unit, adding the color “will be very similar to the green already seen on the iPhone 12 series.” If that is true, we can expect a very light color green for the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus models in September.
The leak follows previous reports about the series having the green option. According to an earlier claim in a post on Weibo in July, the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus would indeed get a green-like color. It said that the shade could be compared to the shade of green in the iPhone 12 and iPhone 11, making it appear like a mint-like green.
On the other hand, while the shade was not specifically discussed, @URedditor also recently mentioned green as one of the colors Apple used throughout the various development processes of the standard iPhone 15 models. According to the leaker last week, other colors included were pink/rose gold/blush gold, blue, yellow, orange, and black/midnight/dark/basalt. In the end, the account stressed that the presence of the colors in the tests of the models indicated a high chance that some of them would see the light of day next month.
