If you are signed in to your G-account, trying to complete a form but you can’t, it can be frustrating, especially if the Google Form is an important one- probably sent by your organization or school.
So, why does this error occur?
The simplest reason behind this is that organizations and businesses often create Google Forms that can only be filled by people within the organization. Having said that, if you have two different email ID’s, one for business and one for personal use, and you are trying to fill the form using the personal account, you may see this error occur (because you are not registered with the organization using the personal account).
How to fix this?
The best way to fix this is to try completing the form using the Google account you use for your corporate or business purposes (or the account you have included for yourself in your organization).
If it still does not fix the issue, you can open an Incognito tab, open the Google Drive containing the Google Form and then open the Google Form. You should ideally be able to finish the form now.
If you are still unable to do so, you can contact your organization that sent out the form.
How To Fix “Google Form – Internal Error”?
