Verizon Wireless Announcement 24: What Can You Do?

- You can log in with your Verizon number or the user ID that has access to the Smart Family account.

- Click on Apps & add-ons overview.
- Go to My Add-ons & Apps and click on See All.
- Select Verizon Smart Family and then click on Manage.
- Click on Remove and then Continue.
It may take up to 24 hours to entirely remove the Smart Family features from your Verizon account.
